Watches Off 5th Return Policy

Watches Off 5th accepts eligible returns within 14 days of purchase. A watch is eligible for return if it is in its original condition, unaltered, unworn, and undamaged. Watches must be returned with their original documentation and packaging. All returns will be inspected for signs of wear or damage. Returns are subject to a restocking fee, as per Shopify’s updated policy. The restocking fee is 10% of the purchase price, and will be deducted from the refund amount on all returns. If all requirements are met, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for funds to appear on your account.
