Tiffany & Co. has one of the longest retail relationships in watchmaking, and a Tiffany-signed Patek dial carries a charm that a standard dial does not. We think it is the most recognizable double signature in ultra luxury watches, and it is the first thing people look for when we show this reference.

2. Case, Size, and How It Wears

Officially this Nautilus is 35.2mm across with a case thickness of 8.62mm. We put calipers on it: lug-to-lug came in at 38.5mm and thickness measured about 8.7mm. On the bracelet the watch weighs roughly 98 grams, which is right around a fifth of a pound. Slim, compact, and comfortable.

The case carries every Nautilus signature: the rounded octagonal bezel, the side ears, and the mix of polished and satin-brushed surfaces that gives the shape its depth. At 35.2mm those details sit closer together, which is what gives this size its jewelry-like quality. Water resistance is 30 metres, enough for a normal day.

3. The Blue Opaline Wave Dial

The dial is blue opaline with Patek Philippe's horizontal wave pattern. It shifts tone as the light moves, and the layered waves give it more depth than a flat blue would. The applied numerals and hour markers are white gold with luminescent coating, paired with white gold alpha-style hands that also carry lume. The date sits at six o'clock, which keeps the dial symmetrical.

4. The Caliber and the Sapphire Caseback

Inside is Patek Philippe's caliber 26-330 S C, a self-winding movement with sweep seconds and a date, built from 215 parts across 30 jewels. It uses a Gyromax balance and a Spiromax spring, runs at 28,800 semi-oscillations per hour, and holds approximately 35 to 45 hours of power reserve. The watch carries the Patek Philippe Seal.

Through the sapphire caseback the finishing does what you expect from Patek: a gold rotor, clean bridge architecture, Geneva striping across the bridges, and polished bevels along the edges. It is a reminder that the compact steel Nautilus is a serious mechanical watch.

5. Bracelet and Fold-Over Clasp

The integrated steel bracelet is a large part of why this watch wears the way it does. It flows straight out of the case with polished centre links against brushed outer surfaces, continuing the finishing language of the case. On the 35.2mm model the links are finer, which adds to the jewelry feel while keeping the sporty steel character.
