What's New in 2026
2026 reinterpretation of the 5270 perpetual calendar chronograph. Sunburst charcoal gray lacquered dial with a black-gradient rim, white gold faceted "obus"-style hour markers and dauphine hands, and a white tachymeter scale. Black composite fabric strap with contrasting cream stitching and a platinum fold-over clasp, in place of the 5270's traditional alligator. Platinum case (diamond at 6 o'clock, concave bezel, two-tier lugs) and the manually wound CH 29-535 PS Q caliber carry over unchanged.
Why It Matters
Patek is openly badging this as "a contemporary chronograph" — the lacquered gradient dial and sporty fabric strap push its flagship perpetual calendar chronograph in a more casual direction than the dressy salmon and opaline 5270P dials before it. The charcoal gray is the most neutral of three platinum colorways (gray, blue, red) launched together at Watches & Wonders 2026.
