Every New Vacheron Constantin for 2026: Cardinal Points, a Platinum Ultra-Thin, and the Louvre Quartet

Last updated: July 31, 2026

Vacheron Constantin released 17 new references across 2026, and the Overseas took eight of them. The headliner is the Overseas Dual Time Cardinal Points: four full-titanium 41mm travel watches in white, blue, brown and green, one per compass direction, sold only through Vacheron boutiques. Alongside it came the first all-platinum Overseas, four Louvre-inspired Métiers d'Art pieces, new American 1921 dials, a one-off skeletonised minute repeater and a titanium Overseas Tourbillon.

Below is every 2026 reference, grouped by collection, starting with the Cardinal Points.

The Headliner: Overseas Dual Time Cardinal Points

One watch, four dial colours tied to the points of a compass: North in white, East in blue, South in brown, West in green. Every one is grade 5 titanium throughout, case and bracelet, 41mm across and 12mm thick, water resistant to 150 metres, with a bead-blasted anthracite bezel.

Inside is the manufacture Calibre 5110 DT/3: 234 components, roughly 60 hours of power reserve and the Hallmark of Geneva. It handles a second time zone, day/night indicator and pointer date, and the 22K gold rotor is cut with the Overseas compass rose. Each ships on the titanium bracelet with two rubber straps.

We put the South on the scale and went through it in detail in our full breakdown of the Cardinal Points South (7930V/210T-H072), including how it wears at 113 grams and how the three straps swap over.

Vacheron's release states these are available "exclusively from Vacheron Constantin boutiques." Retail is CHF 33,700 and £35,400 in the UK (Monochrome and Escapement, 2026). Vacheron has not published a US price.

We have all four in stock and ready to ship: East at $59,000, and North, South and West at $65,000 each. A tightly allocated release runs above retail in its first year, and the listings we track have sat in the high $50,000s since launch (Chrono24 trusted sellers, July 2026).

The Rest of the Overseas Year

Overseas Self-Winding Ultra-Thin (2500V/220P-H028)

This is the technical story of Vacheron's 2026: the first Overseas cased entirely in 950 platinum, 39.5mm across and 7.35mm thick, with a salmon lacquered dial. Vacheron describes it as "the thinnest Overseas model ever created." The 2016 Overseas Ultra-Thin ran 40mm by 7.5mm.

It gets there on the new Calibre 2550, an automatic just 2.4mm thick, with roughly 80 hours of reserve from two stacked barrels. It is the first Vacheron movement with a platinum micro-rotor, carries the Hallmark of Geneva, and shows hours and minutes only. Production is capped at 255 numbered pieces at CHF 98,000, with US retail listed at $120,000 through authorized retailers (July 2026).

Overseas Tourbillon in titanium (6000V/210T-H179)

Announced on 3 February 2026, two months ahead of the show, this one gets overlooked in Watches and Wonders coverage. It is grade 5 titanium at 42.5mm and 10.39mm thick, on the ultra-thin automatic Calibre 2160 with a peripheral oscillating weight and the Hallmark of Geneva. The dial is deep red over sunburst satin. Retail is EUR 170,000 (Monochrome, February 2026), with US retail reported near $159,000 (The Watch Pages, 2026).

Overseas Self-Winding 34.5mm (July 2026)

Vacheron closed the Overseas year in July with two 34.5mm Self-Winding models: burgundy-dial steel at $26,600 retail, and 5N pink gold with a monochrome gold dial at $59,500. We covered both in our breakdown of the new 34.5mm Overseas. We have both here, priced on request.

Heritage, Métiers d'Art and High Complications

Historiques American 1921

Two new references in 18K 5N pink gold, at 40mm and 36.5mm. The change is the dial: a grained silver-toned surface with bright blue Breguet-style Arabic numerals and blued gold open-tipped hands. The rotated case that gives the American 1921 its cushion-on-the-diagonal look is unchanged, small seconds between 2 and 4 o'clock. Both run the manual Calibre 4400 AS.

Métiers d'Art Tribute to Great Civilisations II

This is the second chapter of the Louvre partnership, and Vacheron numbers it that way: four new watches built with the museum's Department of Antiquities, separate from the first four released in 2022. Each is limited to 15 pieces, 42mm across and 12.9mm thick, on the Calibre 2460 G4/2. The technical first is the central appliques: normally gold, and for these Vacheron carved them from stone, hand-cut under a microscope and matched to the material of the original artefact. Nine decorative crafts appear across the four, and Vacheron did not publish prices.

Égérie Moon Phase Spring Blossom (8005F/000R-H157)

A limited edition of 100 in 18K 5N pink gold, 37mm across. The bezel carries 58 diamonds and the crown a moonstone, 94 diamonds in total at roughly 1.10 carats. The dial is light pink mother-of-pearl in the collection's pleated pattern, with gold moons behind mother-of-pearl clouds, on the automatic Calibre 1088 L.

Les Cabinotiers Minute Repeater Tourbillon Skeleton (6580C/000R-343C)

A single piece, in 18K 4N pink gold at 45mm. The Calibre 2755 TMR SQ is a skeletonised take on the 2755: 473 components, with a tourbillon, power reserve indicator and a minute repeater. Vacheron spent a year on the skeletonisation alone and took 40 percent of the volume out of the mainplate while keeping the chime intact, the hard part of openworking a repeater.

Traditionnelle Twin Beat Perpetual Calendar (3200T/000P-H167)

Announced in June, this is the platinum evolution of the dual-frequency Twin Beat that debuted in 2019. The case is 42mm across and 12.3mm thick. The Calibre 3610 QP switches between an active mode at 5 Hz, good for four days, and a standby mode at 1.2 Hz that holds the calendar for 70 days, five longer than the original. Set it down for two months and the calendar is still correct. Retail is CHF 282,000 (SJX, June 2026).

What Vacheron Didn't Release

The Historiques 222 saw no new references in 2026. The steel 4200H/222A-B934 and yellow gold 4200H/222J-B935 carry over unchanged, and demand has not softened while the catalogue stayed still. We keep both in stock, the steel at $58,000 and the yellow gold at $80,000.

There was also no new Overseas Chronograph, no new Patrimony, and no steel or gold Ultra-Thin. That last one is worth watching: Vacheron developed a new calibre and used it in 255 platinum watches, a short run for a fresh movement. Vacheron has signalled nothing about 2027, so treat a wider release as our speculation.

We compared Vacheron against the field in Vacheron versus Patek Philippe and Vacheron versus Audemars Piguet. For the wider release calendar, see every new Rolex for 2026 and every new Patek Philippe for 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Vacheron Constantin Cardinal Points?

The Overseas Dual Time Cardinal Points is a set of four 41mm grade 5 titanium travel watches released in April 2026, one per compass direction: North in white, East in blue, South in brown, West in green. All four run the Calibre 5110 DT/3. Our Cardinal Points South breakdown covers one in detail.

How thin is the new Overseas Ultra-Thin?

The Overseas Self-Winding Ultra-Thin (2500V/220P-H028) measures 39.5mm across and 7.35mm thick, which Vacheron calls the thinnest Overseas it has made. The new Calibre 2550 inside is 2.4mm thick and delivers about 80 hours of power reserve from a platinum micro-rotor and two stacked barrels.

How many new Vacheron Constantin watches came out in 2026?

Seventeen references across nine releases: four Cardinal Points, the platinum Overseas Ultra-Thin, a titanium Overseas Tourbillon, two Overseas Self-Winding 34.5mm models, two Historiques American 1921, four Louvre Métiers d'Art pieces, the Égérie Moon Phase Spring Blossom, one Les Cabinotiers unique piece, and the Traditionnelle Twin Beat.

Can you buy the Cardinal Points without a boutique allocation?

Vacheron sells the Cardinal Points only through its own boutiques, so a first-hand purchase needs a boutique relationship. The grey market is the other route, and it is the faster one, because the watch already exists and there is no allocation to wait on. All four references are listed with prices at the top of this article.

Did Vacheron release a new Historiques 222 in 2026?

No. The 222 sat out 2026 entirely, with no new references, dial colours or materials. The existing steel 4200H/222A-B934 and yellow gold 4200H/222J-B935 both carry over unchanged, and demand for them has not softened while the catalogue stood still.
