Vacheron Constantin Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin 30th Anniversary: The Azure 4300V/220G-H119
Last updated: September 24, 2026
Vacheron's Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin 4300V/220G-H119 is a limited edition of 200 numbered pieces, launched on September 24, 2026, to mark 30 years of the Overseas collection. It puts a lacquered azure dial in the 41.5mm, 8.1mm-thick white gold case, powered by the ultra-thin Caliber 1120 QP/1. Vacheron's US site lists it at $132,000 before tax.
Vacheron picked the same watch for the Overseas' 20th birthday. The Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin arrived with the third-generation collection in 2016. For the 30th, Vacheron gave it a new dial: a lighter azure than the 2016 Overseas blue, over a sunburst finish, with a moon disc in the same color. Each caseback is engraved "Limited Edition N°" with the watch's number out of 200.
We are a grey market dealer with no authorized relationship to Vacheron Constantin. The $132,000 figure is Vacheron's published US retail as of September 24, 2026. The closest watch in our inventory is the burgundy 4300V/220G-H151, which uses the same case, bracelet and movement, and we filmed it for our 4300V/220G-H151 unboxing. For the rest of the brand's lineup, see our Vacheron Constantin model guide.

The Azure Dial
Vacheron describes the dial as azure lacquer with a sunburst satin-finished center and a velvet lacquered minute track. The brand says this is the first time the Overseas collection has paired a sunburst azure lacquer dial and matching moon disc with a white gold case.
The color takes its cue from the azure blue of the 2016 Overseas, in a lighter and less intense tone. Hodinkee calls it "more muted, less saturated." Vacheron has made a white gold Overseas Perpetual Calendar with a blue dial. The anniversary version is the lighter lacquered azure, with the moon disc matched to it.
The layout follows the catalog model. Three recessed, snailed sub-dials carry the calendar. The 48-month counter at 12 o'clock shows the month and where you are in the leap-year cycle, with leap years picked out in light blue. The date sits at 3 o'clock and the day at 9. At 6 o'clock an 18k white gold moon crosses an azure sky with engraved stars. The applied white gold hour markers and the hour and minute hands carry blue Super-LumiNova.

Caliber 1120 QP/1
The Caliber 1120 QP/1 is a self-winding perpetual calendar movement 4.05mm thick, with 276 parts and 36 jewels. It beats at 2.75Hz (19,800 vibrations per hour), holds about 40 hours of power reserve, and carries the Hallmark of Geneva. The solid 22k gold rotor is engraved with a compass rose, the same rotor we photographed on the burgundy H151.
The base Caliber 1120 descends from the Jaeger-LeCoultre 920, the ultra-thin automatic that also powered the original Royal Oak, Nautilus and 222 (Monochrome). Vacheron also uses the perpetual calendar version in its Patrimony collection.
The calendar handles 28-, 30- and 31-day months and leap years by itself. As long as the watch keeps running and stays set, you will not have to correct the date until 2100, the next year the Gregorian calendar skips a leap day. Corrections are made with pushers in the case band. Hodinkee notes that this keeps the case 1.5mm thinner than the similarly wide Audemars Piguet Royal Oak.

Bracelet, Straps and Quick Change
The watch comes on an 18k white gold bracelet with half Maltese cross links and a triple-blade folding clasp. Monochrome reports a micro-adjustment of 2mm per side in the clasp. Two rubber straps come with it, one white and one denim blue, plus an interchangeable 18k white gold pin buckle.
Since the 2016 generation, Overseas bracelets and straps swap without tools. Hodinkee describes the change on this watch as the click of two buttons. We show the process in our Overseas bracelet and strap change video.
Anniversary Edition vs the Catalog Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin
The case, bracelet and movement carry over from the catalog model. The closest catalog model is the white gold 4300V/220G-H151 with the burgundy dial, which Vacheron added in 2025.
| 4300V/220G-H119 (2026) | 4300V/220G-H151 (2025) | |

| Swiss retail at launch | CHF 120,000 | CHF 119,000 (catalog, August 2025) |
Monochrome reports CHF 120,000 including tax for the H119. In August 2025, Deployant reported CHF 119,000 for the pink gold 4300V/220R-H144, the same as the other catalog models at the time. Fratello now puts the regular editions at €142,000 and up.
The Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin also comes in openworked versions. We have filmed the pink gold skeleton 4300V/120R and two sapphire-set skeletons: the white gold 4307V and the pink gold 4307V/220R-237C.
How the 41.5mm Case Measures
We filmed the burgundy 4300V/220G-H151, which shares the anniversary edition's 41.5mm white gold case and bracelet. On our calipers it measured 48.4mm lug to lug. On our scale it weighed 181.2 grams on its white gold bracelet. These are readings from one watch, and the weight will move with how many links a bracelet is sized to.
Our burgundy 4300V/220G-H151: 48.4mm lug to lug, 181.2 grams on the bracelet, and the 8.1mm case in profile.

Thirty Years of the Overseas
Vacheron's first sport-chic watch was the Chronomètre Royal of 1975, a shaped case on an integrated bracelet. The 222 followed in 1977, designed by Jörg Hysek for the brand's 222nd anniversary. Hodinkee calls the 1996 Overseas a successor of sorts to both.
| Year | Watch | What it introduced |
|---|---|---|
| 1996 | First Overseas, ref. 42040 | 37mm case, integrated bracelet, 150m water resistance, Caliber 1310 based on the Girard-Perregaux 3100 |
| 2004 | Second generation | Half Maltese cross bracelet links, a 42mm case and more complications, a perpetual calendar among them |
| 2016 | Third generation | Tool-free bracelet and strap change; the Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin for the 20th anniversary |
| 2026 | 30th anniversary | Platinum Ultra-Thin 2500V, titanium Dual Time Cardinal Points, azure Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin |
Robb Report credits the first Overseas design to Dino Modolo, working under Vacheron's head of design Vincent Kaufmann.
The azure perpetual calendar is Vacheron's third Overseas release tied to the anniversary this year. At Watches and Wonders in April, the brand released the platinum Overseas Ultra-Thin 2500V, 255 numbered pieces at $120,000 through its boutiques, and the Overseas Dual Time Cardinal Points in titanium, four non-limited references at $41,000 (Hodinkee). We filmed two of the Cardinal Points, the East and the South. The full year is in our roundup of every new Vacheron Constantin for 2026.
